If you purchased your product at Costco, please return it directly to Costco in accordance with their satisfaction guarantee. Costco manages all returns for items purchased through their warehouses and Costco.com.

Limited Manufacturer Warranty

All Boodle Pet products are covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use. This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage resulting from misuse, improper assembly, or neglect
• Damage caused by aggressive chewing or unsupervised pet behavior
• Cosmetic wear that does not affect functionality

Pet toys are not indestructible. Always supervise your pet during play and discontinue use if the product becomes damaged. Cat trees and pet furniture should be assembled correctly and placed on stable, level surfaces.

Direct Website Purchases

For products purchased directly from boodle.pet, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
